Enhanced console logging

Introduce new environment variables:
  * MQ_LOGGING_CONSOLE_SOURCE
  * MQ_LOGGING_CONSOLE_FORMAT
  * MQ_LOGGING_CONSOLE_EXCLUDE_ID
